Fee & Withdrawal Policy
School Fee Structure
Instruction Regarding Payment of School Fees:
- All the fees and dues should be paid in cash/cheque/NEFT in between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on working days (Monday to Saturday)
- Monthly tuition fee is to be paid latest by 15th of each month, on failing the scheduled date to pay fee, he or she shall be liable to pay the fee with a late fine of Rs. 50/- per month
- Since accounting is computerized no request for exemption in fees or late fine shall be entertained.
- Parents will carefully keep the receipts issued by the school to them and produce as proof of the payment made if needed.
- Fees for the month of MAY & JUNE to be paid in MAY and for JANUARY, FEBRUARY & MARCH to be paid in JANUARY respectively other-wise the scheduled late fine shall be charged.
- A sum of Rs. 50/-will be charged for a duplicate Fee Card.
- Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate will be issued only after recovery of all dues.
- No student shall be allowed to take any examination unless all dues cleared up to date.
- CBSE Board Registration & Examination Fee to be paid separately as and when notified
Withdrawals
Withdrawals from any class must be preceded by a month notice in writing. For obtaining the transfer certificate (TC), fees must have been paid in full up to date & shall be issued one week after the receipt of application.
No charges are refundable. Hence, only monthly tuition fees if deposited in advance will be refunded at the time the student leaves the school.
The school Authorities have the right to ask a student to withdraw on the following grounds:
- Irregular attendance and non-improvement.
- Non-Payment of fees for more than two consecutive months.
- A student whose conduct is incompatible with the school discipline.
- On Parents’ requests.
